I dialed this fake IRS number a scammer named “John Chester” picked up the line but forgot to drop the line.
I could hear in the background another scammer saying to a victim:
“No body can arrest you as long as you are online with me”
“Go to CVS store”
“Drive safely!”
“Let me know when you arrive at the parking lot”
“go slowly”
“no problem”
( I could not hear the victim)
yes, got through the guy ask me for my name and my phone number. I guess he looked it up, then he ask if I thought I was smart or something. He informed me that the number did not come up. So I said well must be smart than you I at least got you to answer the phone. Boy, that really pissed this guy off… So everyone have a good time with this bunch.
