These Indian scammers left a robo message for us.
I called then back and talked to fake office Winston Spencer.
We switched to Gujarati language and he indicated that he will select for $500 in order to stop the arrest warrant.
I asked it this was a bribe sum and he says it does not matter LOL

I told the guy he was a scammer and he admitted right away said it was his last day and I interviewed him, he said that scamming people was awful and he had no idea he was scamming people he thought what he was doing was official and then he figured out it was a scam it was a nice convo with him and I said have a nice last day
