When you ring them they will ask for name and email, then they say they will check your iPhone and then they say it’s been hacked. They didn’t do any remote access to any of my devices, instead they asked me to go to Walmart and get iTunes cards.
Browser lock link in screenshot and if you visit that site it might try to get your device to dial that number.
