Additional information about this scam: The toll-free number goes to voicemail (Saturday) but baiting the web-chat on the website above, I got a call back from “Martin” at 786-946-4038. I called back and confirmed it was not a spoofed caller ID. Martin says he is with “Hewlett-Packard” and wants to know the “exact issue” with my printer, but he won’t verify for security purposes by disclosing his favorite color.
Update: are they mad at me?
