Additional information about this scam: The site is served as a Google search ad for the real HP printer setup URL. Advertiser info: https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR11060914455180214273?origin=ata®ion=US “ITSOFT SOLUTIONS CORPORATION”.
I blew this one and forgot to fake my user agent ID, so the scammer in the web-chat saw I was using Linux and wouldn’t give me a phone number. But others should be able to get phone number(s) by playing along.
This might be the Wordpress site company: https://itsoftsolutionscorporation.com/ & https://itprintszone.com. The “business address” is a residential home in Bakersfield. And at the very footer is a link to a well-known entity in these parts: https://asoftechsolution.com/ .
