Annie from the HP Customer Support says she is very sorry but this is a professional call and she is here to help me out, which is why she cannot help me out with her favorite color.
The business address claimed on this fine website is actually a 7-11 convenience store, most likely completely unrelated.

Callback number from Mike John who is the Technician at HP Support: 959-202-3484. His favorite color is black, but he refuses to sing the HP Printer Song for verification purposes. He says “do not call again.”
888-400-3911 is also listed on this impersonation website: https://printerexpert.store/ , which seems to share the same JivoChat widget as well.
Update 2: they changed their number to 866-450-3891. Unable to verify it presently as they have my research lines blocked.

Got a call from “David from HP Support” at 959-202-3001. His favorite color is white.
On the same IP address as smartprinting.store,
usdigicare.com has to be related to this scam group.
