I spoke to Catherine, who said there is no security question relevant to her favorite color. Then I spoke to Anthony, who said “I don’t like any colors, I am colorblind.” Is that what colorblind means?

Still active with a new toll-free number: 855-618-5210. Jason from HP Support refuses to verify his favorite color or to sing the Printer Song, and accuses me of “wasting his time.”

The website is down but this number is still active as “HP Support.” David told me not to call again, so I think he means that he wants everyone to call him again and again.
