Fake Google Support Number

I work for an IT Support company and we had a report that one of our customers was having issues with their Gmail. They sent an email response to a forum post on googleproductforums.com as follows:

We have received your request. You Have any Queries Just call Google Support Number 𝟭-𝟖𝟒𝟒-𝟒𝟎𝟒-𝟎𝟒𝟓𝟒 We will help you to fix your issues.

Thank You

They called the number and they connected via gotomeeting and opened up command prompts, then proceeded to find "infections" which did not exist, followed by asking for a credit card number after connecting them to a "level 6 intrustion specialist cisco certified tech" - they're getting creative.

At least this means they are still willing to connect to random people’s computers. RATers will find this hopeful, but I don’t have the patience for it. Just encrypt everything and leave.
