0268 answering as Best Buy, 7544 down
i had a 20 min chat with the 0268 guy. wanted to charge me $300 for an activation key (which is like $10) but before any of that, he connected to my pc (with my consent, it’s a vm) and put a “installing updates” blue screen over the top of my pc while he did things that i couldn’t see. Pretty sure he stayed connected for a while after the call to watch me access my fake bank etc
