This is an AT&T prepaid phone number. I don’t know if the email they have for abuse is monitored but I have sent it anyway. Also. These scammers are using this toll free number as a call back: 888-769-5250
It traces back to All8Series and has been reported. Also, one last thing. To all those sharing numbers, please stop writing out the contents of the refund scams/invoices and just share the screenshots. It’s so much more helpful that way. Simply black out any personal info on the scam invoices before sharing. Telecoms want to see the evidence, not text.
