“A suspicious login attempt has been detected on your Dsney account. Contact 18458347173 to confirm your account, it may have been locked for your security.”
I called but the IVR said “your number has been blacklisted.”
Answers as support but claims to be Disney Plus support, the real one and not a scam (when asked if he was a scammer). The guy had a very thick accent and didn’t give his name. The scammers will stop talking and act like the line went dead.

I got a little bit further. He asked me to tell him what the text message said and asked if I was trying to activate it on my phone or computer. He asked for my email, said he would put me on hold, then the call was dropped after about a minute on hold.
