She didn’t act like a scammer when I called.

Well @Tillianne Legally speaking I believe this is still an issue because they can’t just call like that or answer as arbitration they have to provide correspondence in writing and provide proof of the debt and arbitration. also another forum that had this someone said these people called their grandma demanded large payment or she’d be arrested.

So this could be a scam or at least some kind of Crime.

Of course. I’ve never had to deal with a debt collector, but I know they can be aggressive.

You can read it as well they also according to the FDCPA must identify themselves and the company they are by law This group just picks up as “arbitration how may I direct your call.”
