Additional information about this scam: I called and Jerry Dacker answered as “Crypto Support.” I said I was looking for Fidelity Investments helpline and he said yes, this is the Fidelity Investments Crypto Support (ok!).
However, he refused to verify his favorite color and would not support me in any way.
