This is a fake promotional scam. They will try to get into your account by using the actual Comcast website to send a code to your number. If your number is not associated with Comcast, the automated Comcast system will still send you a working code, but obviously it will return a “can’t match any records” error.
The main people there are Zach Woods and a lady called Sarah who is playing his boss.
