Fake Coinbase Support | Help Needed

I got this fake email from “coinbase” with a number in the title, however the number does not seem to work when calling it from Textnow. The area code seems real, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Did they botch the number, or is Textnow at fault?

From voip nothing, gv drops immediately, search on SB and carrier N/A…think they put a bad number in
