I’ve had an open line into them for ages
They have a really squeaky door, the lazy bastards really should oil the automatic closer mechanism.
It sounds as though they all just left for the day
They have done exactly as they’ve done on multiple other numbers in the last 2 weeks. You can clearly hear them all walking out through the squeaky door
They have opened a second overnight shift call center which is active while the daytime call center has been vacated for the day. It is silent in that open line recording but the number is answering in a different call center
