  • Scammers answer as the “Wells Fargo Fraud Department” and falsely claimed the charge was made in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I was asked to provide my card details and THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
  • I was transferred to “their senior superivisor, Lisa,” who asked for my birthday, mother’s maiden name, the county my nonexistent account was registered in and my mailing address. As she requires a valid mailing address, she told me to kill myself before hanging up on me.
  • Calls not answered will go to the voicemail for “Michelle Elbroom.”
