I think they’re permanently using ultraviewer. And when I try to get them into AnyDesk to reverse the connection, they think I’m Scammer Payback or Kitboga and hang up.

They always say that now, and even when I can get them to use AnyDesk, they always notice I’m trying to reverse them.
