Additional Information About This Scam: I got a call from this number and answered, but heard only breathing sounds. I called back and reached Sofia, who said this was “support,” but she would not elaborate. Then she transferred my call to David, who admitted that this was Apple. He asked if I had got a charge from Apple, so I think this is a refund scam of some sort. David says that his favorite color is white, which is weird because only weird people say that white is their favorite color.
