I have received the same call back in mid January 2020. Classic spiel, “someone from Ohio has created a fake Amazon account in your name and ordered an iPhone 11, and we need to clean up your IP address…”. He guided me to run Logmein but I just reported the abuse. Not equipped here to let them in. Just messed with him for a bit to waste time, he eventually caught on and hung up.
