I just posted the same thing and they answered as Amazon

Level 3, “George/Jack” answered as “Amazon Customer Suppoat” and falsely claimed my account was compromised to purchase and iPhone, prompting me to “connect to the Amazon Secured Server” through AnyDesk on my cell phone or by running UltraViewer (ID: 77997934/DESKTOP-23ASMLH)
- Once remotely connected, I was asked to log into my Amazon account, as it was “accessed from Kenya and New Jersey.” I instead played him the Bhenchod Song.
