Still figuring out how they gained access to the amazon account, possibly compromised PC. But they redeemed a bunch of gift cards through the amazon account. Account was locked, then they sent a phishing email saying the account was compromised. Gave a bunch of instructions and then these numbers to unlock the account.
When you call they will ask for your name and email address then they will send you an email. I gave a fake email so Idno what happens next.
