these guys create webpages listing themselves as being Amazon customer service, so people who use Bing and other shitty search engines searching for "amazon customer service number" etc, find their details, rather than the real info. from there they try to gain control of the person's account, after which I assume they order themselves gift cards they can exchange for cash
