Additional information about this scam: I spoke to Travis from Reservations. His favorite color is purple.

I have been told to tag @chronus in all travel scam posts.

I got a call back from 855-476-2805, Alex from Reservations (his favorite color is black). It looks like this number is also spammed around as impersonating various travel agencies and airlines.
