Additional information about this scam: Found on directory youmail, these idiots are completely awful. They lie and misrepresented themselves to be the real AETNA.
They are gunning for CC info and they send links to documents that I cannot open so if anyone has a VM to see what those docs are, pls DM me.
ANSWERING AS AETNA!!! But they will accept that they are any insurance.
I gave them a MADE UP aetna ID and they and they are totally scamming Ya’ll

Active scammers, gave fake info and they “found my account” saying it shows I was moved from HMO to PPO, which of course if false. (855) 572-6401 active 2:30pm EST
HAHA I gave 00-8675309-J as my ID and they FOUND MY POLICY, imagine that.
Some of them sound American and I am disgusted.

I’m now on the phone with a woman who has a slight foreign accent. I asked her to spell her first name that she gave and she spelled it Addena.
I asked her where she is from and she said Pennsylvania.
I just gave her the Aetna ID 00-8675309-J that you had used, @Sol.
She seems to have accepted it.
She is blathering on now.
She just answered me now @Hviezdoslav and she IS NOT happy. I wonder why…

Yes, finally WITH NO NOTICE TO HER I let loose on her and insulted her criminal behavior and a particular gaping orifice of hers that is so stinky that I could smell the stench through the phone! She hung up immediately and did not respond.
Now I am on the phone with a guy “Jackson” and I am going to tell him that his criminal colleague who goes by the name Adeena admitted to me on a phone call just now that you are all scammers. Jackson, why are you such a stupid criminal that you have an even stupider female criminal colleague who admits that you are all scammers and is not even trying to scam!

I just got a call to my TextMe number that I have been using to call the toll-free number in this scam.
The American woman said that she got a text msg about some Health Insurance that said to call my TextMe number!
Haha, it seems one of these criminals at (855) 572-6401 sent a text msg and said to call back my TextMe number. This is an example of how nobody should use a real phone number to mess with scammers.
I explained to her that I am harassing these Health Insurance scammers and that they are being petty by using my phone number in their text msg. I said that there are other Americans also calling these Health Insurance scammers to bait and/or harass 'em.
She said it is great thing and she thanked us! She said she was suspicious already but thought that she’d call the number in the text msg just to be sure.
I am not in the state of Connecticut, Doc! Haha

I had a guy at this Health Insurance 855 - 572 - 6401 number who had just got on the phone.
I conferenced into the Health Insurance call a criminal guy from the (802) 284-5112 from a different Geek Squad thread and the Geek Squad criminal immediately starting cussing me and therefore cussing the Health Insurance guy. The Health Insurance guy was very confused at first.
I said, “Health Insurance scammer, do you hear how a fellow criminal pretending to be Geek Squad is cursing you?”
After a few minutes, both of them hung up.
I tried my very limited Hindi on one of the fake Aetna scammers and he seemed genuinely confused.
Rude dude said it was not Aetna and Aetna does not make calls. They do call because I get them all the time for different things. I think he has been taking a lot of calls as he said he was transferring me to Aetna and they just hung up.
