Additional information about this scam: sent to my spam email twice in the last couple days
(866) 975-1690 Active. Sounds legit, but I could be wrong
(844) 554-7139 Active Same at the first one
Why would it be coming from a fake email and Website if it was real?
The real website is www.adt.com
I guess I’m always just use to hearing different background noise and not very good English. I’ve made comments like that before, and they’ve been debunked.
Did you actually talk to someone, or just make sure the number was active?
It was labeled as suspicious in my email as spam. So I looked into it.

Could you understand her name from the recording? I think it was Razelle, or something to that effect.

The 1844 number on beenverified in the original pic belongs to ADT when you click the link it redirects you to www.homeprotectioncenter.com with the 866 number which is not affiliated with ADT or anyone so I will remove that 844 number but the 1866 needs some investigating
