Geez, I try to start a call with a kind voice and demeanor and it backfires!
I called from TextMe and a guy answered as Suppoat. I said, “Hello Sir, what is your first name?” He hung up.
I tried just now from my TextFree and a different guy answered with only “hello.” I asked if this is Microsoft. He replied, “Yes.” I said, “How are you doing today? What is your first name, Sir?” He hung up.
Geez, what happened to criminals behaving ostensibly with at least a modicum of politeness before they try to defraud people?"
This is good though as maybe possible victims will be turned off by the lack of professionalism of these criminals.
I am going now to use TextNow and I will refrain from asking politely the first name of whoever answers. After a number of rings, I am listening to HOLD music while the counter is counting and increasing their toll-free number’s 'phone bill… Drat, the HOLD music stopped because the call dropped maybe. I want to ask for what the $349.99 charge is.
I am calling for a second time now from TextNow. Yes, a guy answered. I asked what was purchased with the $349.99 charge as I might have purchased it. He asked if I made the APPLE charge? I replied, “I do not know. I might have made the purchase. That’s why I need to know what this particular charge of $349.99 purchased.” He asked if my name is the name associated with my IPHONE number. (I do not own an IPHONE.) I replied, “Yes Sir.” He said that the purchase was from California and asked me if I am in California. I answered, “Yes.” He said someone in California fraudulent made the purchase. I said, “That’s why I am asking what product or service was purchased because I might have made the purchase.” He said that a 3rd party banking app or finance app was purchased. I said, “Yes, I purchase that banking app so that I can send money to some Indians in the country of India to pay them to murder your mother to punish her for your criminal behavior.” He just hung up without saying anything.
It is funny how he went to the “someone fraudulently made a purchase in California” AFTER I’d told him I live in California and before he FINALLY told me that a banking app/finance app was purchased.
Logic is obviously not a strong suit of these criminals! He did not at first tell me what was purchased and then ASK ME if I purchased it BEFORE telling me that someone fraudulently made the purchase.

A guy answered the (850) 583-2403 number and while speaking with him I conferenced into a conference call a guy that answered the (833) 824-1282 number. They hung up when they realized they were on the same conference call.

Still active and raging mad
I switched my VOIP number to show UNKNOWN and I am on 'phone with the CELL PHONE guy now at the (850) 583-2403 number. There are a bunch of voices in the background. At times he is speaking in a foreign language but I am not sure if it is Urdu or Hindi.
I got a woman using my cell phone app from the (833) 824-1282 number and put it on speaker and held it up to the cordless handset with the guy on the call on the SINCH cell phone and told him to speak to his criminal colleague on the toll-free number, but she just hung up. The guy on the cell 'phone continued speaking with me while I mocked him. I got a guy on my cell 'phone app from the toll-free number on a call and put it on speaker and held it close to my cordless handset with the same guy on his cell 'phone number and told them they are in a conference call and to speak to each other, but the guy on the toll-free number hung up.
For a few more minutes the guy on the cell’ phone number eventually hung up. I told him that he can stay on the call for hours and hours and waste his time. Finally he hung up. He was laughing through the call on his cell 'phone number in an attempt to show me that he “does not care” though of course he hung up eventually.
