Send sombody a link to one of these “videos of the said person” and when you klicked on these it redireted you to a fake facebook login page where they collected your login details. After this they log onto your account and send your friends further links with their name in the message:
“
xyz Is that really you? 
”
and fake video link with the title: Hidden Canera No.1
I flagged this facebook page for facebook.
