She will then try to get users to “sign up” for the “Community Developmernt Block Grant” by calling their agent at (209) 251-1412

The scammer will then pose as “Agent Rodney Bryn Joyner” from the CDBG Hope and ask for your name & ZIP Code.
Though I put in fake credentials, I still qualified. In order to claim my funds, I needed to fill out their “claims requirement form” by providing all of my personal details via SMS.
