I called under the guise of an elderly male who cannot log into their account, and “Kevin” asked me for my name and email address before asking me to “connect to the Facebook secure server” by “opening the Google Chrome” and download ConnectWise from stbcare.live (Code: 38098 IP: 193.27.90.71 
), which redirects me to mjdghgf98s.cfd (ID: 37.221.64.99 
)
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Kevin” opened the file explorer and ran the DirecX Diagnostic Tool before catching onto the fact I was using a virtual machine and opening the camera app and searching my photos and documents to no avail.
- I was then asked to log into my Amazon account, so I told “Kevin” that I never had one. He hung up on me.
