Earlier today while I was scrolling through my TikTok For You Page, I came across a series of stories by former WWE and AEW star Vickie Guerrero promoting a fraudulent affiliate marketing scheme by the name of “AI-Powered Cash Machines.” The program, by Zach Crawford from Psychologically Unemployable, LLC, claims you can generate up to seven figures from home through fully-automated income streams that pays commissions of up to $10,000.
Crawford’s company is also known for falsely claiming to operate out of a UPS Store in Indianapolis, Indiana and promoting or operating other fraudulent affiliate marketing schemes, such as:
- The Millionaires Challenge System
- ClickFunnels, a subsidiary of Etison, LLC out of Eagle, Idaho.
User complaints on the BBB and TrustPilot listings for ClickFunnels indicate patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:
- Issuing fraudulent charges and refusing to provide phone support
- Double-charging accounts and refusing to cancel or provide refunds.
- Sending fraudulent emails claiming purchases were made on the recipients’ cards.
- Refusing to issue receipts after the 14-day trial expires.
- Fraudulently promoting their scheme as being promoted on Shark Tank and charging victims for a service they never used or authorized.
- Continuing to receive sales from links operated by banned affiliates.
- Sending fraudulent emails multiple times per day and refusing to unsubscribe recipients from their mailing list.
- Allowing fraudsters to use their system for phishing campaigns.
- Falsely claiming their system supports over 100 different currencies when they only support the US Dollar.
- Continuing to charge customers even after their subscriptions expire.
Etison LLC, the parent company of ClickFunnels, was sued for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in the Southern District of New York on November 12, 2017 after the plaintiff, Joshua Schleifer from the Bronx, started to receive unsolicited text messages falsely claiming his card failed a payment on ClickFunnels The case was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice on January 8, 2018.
