ANONYMOUS CALLS ARE BLOCKED!
“Thank you for calling back, my name is Brenda with the Vehicle Service Center. We offer warranties for your vehicle to cover mechanical and electrical malfunctions.”
They will ask for the make and model of your vehicle and try to sell you an “extended warranty.” The first operator will refer to the company as the “Vehicle Service Center” while the “specialist” you are assigned will confirm the business as Matrix Warranty Solutions, a BBB-accredited business with an A+ rating and several complaints about harassing calls. They have responded to these claims, however, by stating that they do not make any telemarketing calls and will work with the victims to get their numbers on the scammers’ do-not-call lists.
I called these guys back and was transferred to a new “agent” who claims the company went under the name of "Everything breaks,"another BBB-accredited business with an A rating and several complaints about unwanted calls, lack of coverage, refusal to place victims on their do-not-call list and refusal to provide refunds or cancel services.
The company also claims to have a 4-star rating on Trustpilot, though they actually have a 2.9-star rating
