I got the following text message two days ago from (818) 630-3463 which I’ve only just seen: “, your file is still incomplete. Call (888) 751-6987 today to save on your monthly payments.” I then got a follow-up text from the same number which said this: “You’ve agreed to receive messages from EasyFi. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Msg&Data rates may apply.” Obviously I have not agreed.
I called just now and an American person who claimed his name was “Eric” told me he was with the “Debt Enrolment Centre”. I told him that yes I am looking for financial assistance to see where this would go. He asked how much I had roughly in said-unsecured debt - I said approximately $50k USD. He then asked what kind of debt it was, I told him it was a Personal Loan Debt. He abruptly hung up on me. I tried to call back and got 1 ring hang. I am assuming I’m now blocked.
Unsurprisingly, it is Inteliquent/Sinch once again. I think they MAY be the same individuals who you have been fighting on BBB regarding “debt forgiveness”. I think you should bring it to their attention and say you are reasonably inclined to assume that their direct or third-party solicitors are continuing their mass-call/mass-text solicitation campaigns against you. Then describe details related to “Eric”.
About this “Consumer Group”. I think their solicitors have your number now and will continue harassing you. This is what seems to be the case to me. You know, that different post that you have?
Yep, I believe these may be two pieces of the same nasty little puzzle. They might have also sold your contact info online to other solicitor scumbags.
