Endurance Warranty Services, LLC is a fraudulent Auto Warranty Plan company that is not rated by the Better Business Bureau. They are located at 400 Skokie Blvd, Suite 105, Northbrook, Illinois, 60062-7937

The BBB has an active alert for the business over a pattern of complaints regarding lack of coverage, as well as a listing of government action by the Oregon Department of Justice regarding a $550,000 settlement for fradulent advertising. The company has been banned from making unwanted phone solicitations in the state of Oregon for the next five years.

The company was also subject to several Fair Standards and TCPA lawsuits in the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Ohio and Texas.

The scammers have just sent an “important” letter to my grandmother from their “Vehicle Notification Dept,” urging her to call (855) 439-9468 to hold her “Extended Vehicle Service Plan (ESVP) contract” at their lowest program rates.

The associated carrier for the number is Morse Toll-Free.

I used a mix of using CHAT-GPT for a template then editing a little bit. Ngl lmao. I couldn’t be bothered to write up/draft a whole email on my own tonight and wait a bit but still wanted to send something for the hell of it, this email of theirs is on their facebook so that’s where I got it from if anyone is wondering. Weirdly, they aren’t listing any of their contact emails directly on their website. I’m planning on responding to company replies (should I be successful at any one point) with different characters, or at least almost every single time making the replies sound as absurd, yet as reasonable/legit as possible. I hope such a POS company becomes infuriated overtime generally speaking whilst still trying to obtain whatever crucial info they share as possible and keeping them talking.

This I can verify, as calling ‪(228) 226-4271‬ presents the number as “unallocated.” Every other number is an instant hang.

I assume, Endurance scum has not replied? If so, I think it is a good idea to submit a complaint regarding them to Illinois Insurance Commission. They are headquartered in Illinois, and it will be good to have them scrutinized by State authorities. It can be done here:

I’m thinking there may be a lot missing which I haven’t added to this thread over time from what I’m seeing.
