Can anyone confirm how to report them?
I answer one of the calls and he said my network is hacked. I hung up immediately.

you can do a carrier lookup at Domain Seizure and then search ““carrier name” report unwanted calls” and get their phone line banned

I found the carriers but how do I tell them?

Can someone please help me stop these scammers.
