End premium techie support

PTS has been flaky the last week with 10+ min hold times, very quick to hangup employees, busy signals across many of their numbers, etc. At the time of this post, all following numbers are busy signal.

Active numbers:
+1 800 912 9394 - public
+1 855 204 9266 - not so secret customer only #
+1 800 680 5813 - tech live connect #
+1 877 958 7560

If anybody has any additional active numbers, I would greatly appreciate if you post them here and I will take care of it. PTS/TLC has been around about 10 years too long.

They run popup ads etc: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RY2IavxGbc

Interesting… indian woman recording going on about they will never send out messages saying they are doing refunds etc etc and lots of people are scamming using their number.

You then have to press 4 to continue which resulted in a 3 second delay then termination of the call.

@drwat#100488 Thank you sir. I knew there were more. 888-495-6142 is busy signal and 800-909-1251 is active.

Most of PTS's #s appear to go to the same server(located in their building) after their minute intro msg. When under extremely high call volume, and depending on which "floor supervisor" is there, they react by either disconnecting the numbers or activating their "flood mitigation". What their flood mitigation does is hangs up 90%+ of all incoming calls only after playing the minute intro msg. I haven't pinned their criteria for hangup but it's not based on CID, could be they remove the queue and hangup if nobody's available, but most likely just random. Victims can't get through when this is active so it's effectively as good as busy signal. They seem to have givin up on their +1 855 204 9266 and +1 800 680 5813 as it's been down the last week without coming online.

I've verified that these international numbers work. I haven't tested all of them yet. I'm sure the UK and any English speaking country works. I know they hire employees that speak Japanese so I'm not surprised this is a active number.
