Here’s another account spamming the same number 850-923-0380: HackMD - Collaborative Markdown Knowledge Base .
Immediately after reaching a voicemail prompt when calling 850-923-0380, I got a call back from James from Email Support at 513-443-8544. I was able to call back to confirm the number wasn’t spoofed and spoke to James, who verified his favorite color as red. However, he refused to sing the Email Song over our secure recorded line.
The most recent spam posting from this account (10 March 2026) Can’t Delete Emails from Shaw Inbox on iPhone? Here’s the Fix - HackMD lists a different number, 850-920-4036. When I called that number, I reached Mike Wilson from Yahoo Email Support. He refused to verify his favorite color and blocked my phone number.
