Additional information about this scam: I got a cold call earlier today from Ellie, who wanted to help me update some securities on my QuickBooks installation.
I was able to call her back on the number above (Vonage) and confirmed that her favorite color is black. Ellie says that there is no Quickbooks Song, and that I am “wasting her time” by asking her to sing it for the verification and security purposes.
