Scammer sent my grandmother a fraudulent letter similar to the one pictured below, urging to call their toll-free number by March 7 to renew her home warranty (mortage). No company name is presented on the letter, but the number is active and belongs to EverHome USA, which answers as the “Home Warranty Division.”
The company has a failing grade on the Better Business Bureau, as several user complaints reveal the company’s history of selling these fraudulent mortages as “home warranties” for as $500 to elderly consumers while also impersonating companies like Bank of America. They are located at 7150 E Camelback Rd Ste 444, Scottsdale, AZ 85251-1257, which is a FedEx office.
Their website lists their ACTUAL address, 1708 S. 5th Street St. Charles, MO 63303, where they also sell fraudulent vehicle warranties under the names of Eleras Automotive Group and DriveWhiz Auto Protection.
As Eleras Automotive, they have a grade of C- with the Better Business Bureau, which issued a consumer warning for their malicious marketing practices.
