“Edward” was looking for OTPs and refused to “suppoat” otherwise, so he transferred the call to his dumb supervisor who was unable to “suppoat.” I opted to call back under a different alias with the PBX and was transferred to “Steven from the technical department,” who strictly used QuickAssist on the grounds that it wasn’t a third-party app, which tells me these clowns also impersonate Microsoft.
