Eco Software Solutions, LLC, an Indian tech support scam call center

But you verified that Eco Software is scam because we do not have a BBB page? Or we do have more than 200+ reviews or You can not LINK US TO ANY POPUP, REFUND OR SECURITY SCAMS AT ALL?

Who said I was? Your scam is different from the usual ones as it regards fraudulent advertising. I never linked your company to any of those scams!

Your scam? Means you already made your mind. Fraudulent advertising? How come? Because our advertising partner is Google, and they did it for us, and as per my knowledge i do know very clearly that Google will never allow any false advertising or scams, yet you do not know that i guess.

While it is true that Google has clear rules against fraudulent advertising, many companies have used loopholes to try and evade punishment. If properly reported, Google will likely take action against the advertiser.

This loophole is for Video platform. Where as advertising a business on Google, you must verify business documents, Address and Bank details which our business did already and then they allowed us to use the platform. If somehow one can find the loophole and run their ads, it will be suspended within weeks. Well this is how Google works. Its not a MONOPOLY as mentioned in you link, Its purely science, technology and facts. Its ok if you do not have all the answers mate.

We find tons of scammers on adwords. Your website infringes on the trademaks and logos of Microsoft, in all likelihood to cause confusion in your victim’s so they think they are contacting microsoft. If you had a legimiate business, you wouldn’t need to use another company’s logos and trademarks. And, there are no other company’s logos or trademarks on JustAnswer, becauase they are a legitimate business.

That also holds true for non-Microsoft companies listed on your website, such as BitDefender.

@ecosoftware Explain this better, because

this is utterly false. Take one good look at any threads mentioning a specific carrier and you will see hundreds, if not thousands of replies talking about how it seems that carriers are doing nothing about blatant scams. I myself have had many issues with carriers and taking down fraudulent travel agencies. They don’t give a rats ass.

So you will need to do better than to blame “trolls”, and if you are going to blame “trolls” on taking down this number, you are going to have to provide some metric of proof to this claim.

We could care less where you are. Location of scam means little outside of take-down efforts. There are many posts on this site that highlight American-based, Jamaican-based, Russian-based, and Chinese-based scams. And I agree that right now there is no “hard-evidence” as we wait for Neeps video (or you could just release the call, you admitted you have the recording).

Yea people on this site tend to intertwine different businesses together, scam or no scam. Happened a lot when the Travel Scam category was busy.

They were just highlighting the similarities in your defense with those of a more “defined” scam

Simply untrue in every regard. And trying to threaten us is not a good look either. Just saying.

Why @ me in this? I have not said you are involved with any of those scams. All I have mentioned is that Neep claims one of your employees tried to scam him.

Then you need to grow up. On just answer, in their ads highlight and text, Microsoft support is mentioned, i can send a quick snap if that.
On my website, Any trademark or logo in mention to provide slight information that we can help customers with these products related concerns, but on the top a big company name is mentioned then just below review company information is mentioned which says we are independent company.

While that may be helpful for customers who may not be so technologically advanced as we are, you don’t necessarily own the rights to use them. It would’ve been better to use generic logos for stuff like technical support :computer:, printer support :printer: or even antivirus support. :shield:

While that may be true on your website at the present time, this didn’t appear to be the case in the past according to the earliest known Wayback Machine snapshot. It would’ve been better if you included the mention at the footer of your website, adjacent to your US address(es) and the list of important links.

Even so, we can always rely on the Wayback Machine for any old snapshots.

Even if that is the case, I’ve already done my research on the company to confirm the lack of any notable red flags or suspicious behaviors. While some individuals have complained about unknowingly paying for a subscription, company employees were quick to offer refunds to the individuals affected.

You are just a stupid person posting whatever you like.
Everyone does changes to their website as soon as they need any new updates or information. Like your scammer.info does updates things on time. You won’t understand because you never done any business you cheap. I was being very respectful to everyone in this community of scammer but no more. Do whatever you want to do.

In our case, we don’t even have any single complaint against us. Not even one. Working for more than 2 years and no complaints anywhere, how is it possible for a scammer? We have multiple refunds processed as soon as customer called for it but we don’t advertise our refunds.

You can. But those changes are not after your community post, it was before that because at first we were just Microsoft resellers but later on when we tied up with some local technicians, we started providing support for computers and printers too. Thats why the updates were necessary.

I get you are upset, but if you feel like you want to use this kind of language to someone, stop. You have contact with admins and mods of this site, take it up with us and not the users of the site.

I personally doubt that, given that the earliest known Wayback Machine snapshot also lists Bitdefender, which is a completely separate company.

While it may look like that on your Google and TrustPilot listings, it’s also necessary to point out that scammers tend to manipulate reviews to appear more legitimate to unsuspecting victims. Some scam companies will have their own employees write 4 or 5-star reviews under hacked or short-term (burner) accounts, while others list the toll-free number used to scam victims separately from the other numbers they used at that particular time, prompting victims to write negative reviews under the separate listing instead of their official listing.
