Called and no that’s not how this works you are correct . I will explain what they are doing. Sites like insta cart allow you to use the ebt card online if you enter it and a card from say rhode island is valid in that state if they have ebt in Cali I know as I have it and traveled before to NC and used it so its a clever scam and will work. I know on instacart You need to know the pin.
