Their phone system sucks. Maybe they are not speaking loudly enough. I am having fun at their expense though to be sure.

When one of the scammers answered one of my phone calls, I said that I am sorry if I pressed the wrong button because I was not sure if I should press 1 for Help OR if I should press 2 for Support. He said, “It is okay, it does not matter.” I mockingly said, “Then why do you cowardly criminals give us an unnecessary choice?” He hung up.
These guys are not getting angry with me at this point. It seems that they are tired and demoralized, which is a GOOD thing!
