NIS from two different numbers I tried as of 3:30 PM EST 10-11-2025

Very odd, just tried from a third number and got the same NIS message. Think I’m being blocked and played a fake message? The back end of this kind of thing is lost on me but I’ve seen numbers in the past where calling from one number would lead to a “NIS” message and calling from a different one would lead to an imposter rep.
Called me 50 times again on +1 (833) 419-3059 and (844) 659-4299 they must have a block of numbers at 844 659
Carriers: RingCentral (833), nuwave not in service (844)

Technician: “Eric” (833)
“Eric” is answering, but won’t provide the company name.

On callback it worked on the number I called it back on that they called, but it was NIS on another number
