On March 5, 2025, the legendary @JimBrowning11 uploaded a video to his YouTube channel announcing the arrests of over 2,000 scammers by Dubai Police for their role in a pig butchering scam operation under the business identity of YOMIGT, which I was able to trace back to CoinW SP Z.O.O.
How their scam worked was:
- The scammers would hire migrant workers who would be trafficked to one of their many call centers in Dubai, UAE.
- The workers would be forced to create fake accounts on legitimate dating platforms to trick victims into garnering trust with them.
- Once a strong relationship is established, the victim will be contacted by a hired model who will introduce them to their fraudulent platform and make fake crypto investments.
During the raids, police arrested the Chinese ringleaders and took their migrant employees to the detention center “Aqhill” so they can be deported without any charges being imposed.
