This is in Dubai, so it may be out of the area for normal people. They do speak English, though, and they called me, asking me to update my vaccination documents. microphone was garbage, loud noises in the background, the usual. I couldn’t pick up many details after the scammer couldn’t string his words together and just hung up the call out of embarrassment, I presume.
