@Eviltaco799#86435 well to me it’s like we have the money and then we can do whatever we want. Anyway I’m not from the US so the chances of me getting into legal trouble are low. I can just continue to hunt them. And also kenzo and I planned that people might stay on the list just to check if he continues to robocall/cold call people in the future.
And we kinda have a “we dont negotiate with terrorist” statement. Look at CheapFlightFares, they offered me free flight and stay to Cleveland Ohio and India to visit their company to check if its legit or not. They involved lawyers and still we’re hitting them.
Also it’s again great and clickbaity content for my Youtube channel “SCAMMER ACTUALLY PAYS ME” 
They cold-called systemd and his understanding aswell as Alex Gold explaining is that they really do only paperwork but not the actual scam. If you have more info suggesting that they offer illegal services apart from cold-calling people then yes we can also take it further with them.

@Eviltaco799#86457 We need to be able to link that audio to them. Also in that thread there was multiple call center numbers mixed together. We need to be sure that we are talking about the same call center / company. I didn’t fully listen to the rec yet cuz its 2am here but is there any evidence as to which phone number that is? We need to have links between phone number, the scam activity and them.

Tl’dr he’s saying they paid a guy/company called Ari that does voicemail drop. It’s when they call you with 2 calls simultaneously so one call goes to voicemail straight and, according to him, voicemail drop is not cold calling / TCPA violation cuz you’re not speaking to the caller
And Ari is like a big person in the market, doing the voicemail drop / advertising for him but also many scammers
He also said the numbers that belong to Ari for the voicemail drop they can route to him but also to scammers
The only reason he messed up is one number where we have evidence that they were asking for FSA ID where he claims they don’t however his IT guy sent me this number to remove from the forum. So somehow they know or own this number which is shady to say the least. But for this he also shouted at his IT guy with me in the call lol

So that’s the reason I need to know exactly what numbers are scam and which not and then I can cross-check with Alex Gold which numbers he has sent us and if they belong to them. You understand, listen to the rec. He says his company always says they’re DDR and they don’t do anything wrong. So that’s the reason we need proof…

Also with the settlement, idk if you listened the call but we weren't talkign at all about the settlement.

We need actual proof that this receptionist chicks is them.
They emailed us to remove the receptionist chicks number back in the days (hence why I turned against them and posted all of their numbers) and now I asked them if thats their number and they said it never was their number but when I asked him to email us all the numbers he wants us to remove he went to our thread and copied all the numbers there instead of checking his own systems. So thats why he in an error associated himself with that receptionist number. Shady as fuck I agree but we need proof! Do you have any rec or proof or phone number that can be counted as proof where first the receptionist answered and then DDR?
The reason why he wants to work with us is that he also hates scammers cuz they make him look bad and hes also heavily affected by our prank calls. Atleast thats what he said

I'm kinda stuck inbetween your argumentation and his. Like it sounds shady what he says sometimes but theres no flaw. I dont know how to express. And then also I'm not sure if our forum thread **ONLY** contained their call center. What if someone messed up and posted some other student loan scammer number in the thread and we assume it's documents done right whereas someone posted any other random one? Happens alot as I can see as moderator, people just join threads and post random scammer numbers...
We need to have proof to corner them. I think about contacting the phone number providers and ask who rented them.
The problem is I don't know what to think and it makes a big difference if we are callflooding a legitimate business or a scammr so we need to be sure now. Otherwise what if Alex Gold changes and involves lawyers and shit...

@Eviltaco799#86520 See I’m a bit disappointed by you. You don’t provide any proof for your claims however you think bad of me when I do the right thing and cooperate. We don’t have any proof that DDR is scam and they seem to be legit. They didn’t ask for FSA ID or SSN. And you couldnt provide me proof that the “I’m just a receptionist” call center is actually them. Moreover I tried to scambait the receptionist call center and they wouldnt give out anything, not even the people who you get connected to after they ask the initial questions.
DDR on the other hand is super open. He video chatted with me, his wife was in the video for a sec or two aswell, he shows his face, his name, website, everything. He even offered us to open his phone server system so we can listen to calls. He said he's getting audited by a 3rd party company and he gave me the name of that guy.
When we do shit to them like flooding then we need to be 100% sure that they are scam, otherwise we are commiting crime by harming a legit business. I am disappointed that even though we dont have a single proof you keep hitting them and fighting them...

That's why I think it's good to cooperate with them. They offer us money + help us to get real scammers which are 100% confirmed.
