Do scammers often use VPNs? Because if so, determining the ip address is difficult!

I can confirm as such, especially when investigating self-reports by scammers on our forum.

grabify shows time zone. So if VPN, we just know the country and time zone.

the problem is that i can’t decrypt the location of the scammers if they use vpn! So it’s very difficult! In this case I can only delete data via anydesk!
