I just know that they were very rude. I told them several times they didn’t ask about the reference number all they wanted to do is ask me what kind of phone I had and tried to get me to download a remote connection app. I told them I didn’t want to buy anything from the App Store. They just kept saying over and over I didn’t have to buy anything. They sounded upset.
