I and a few other YouTubers exposed DK Business Patron as Microsoft impersonation scammers. They ran a standard Tech Support Scam. They
Cold called people in the USA claiming that their computer was sending them “errors and warnings”
Took remote access of the victims’ PCs and proceeded to deliberately misdiagnose in order to get money
Retained remote access credentials so that they could periodically run .vbs scripts on the victim PCs to create further fake ‘virus’ messages so that they could extract more money from victims
DK Business Patron ran two US Shell companies to process victim payments:

Both of these URLs now point to scam websites, but you can see the contents of these websites and DK’s website on the WayBack Machine:
They processed check payment using a Virtual Check processing company called iPostal who have subsequently thrown these scammers off their platform.
Jim also recorded audio the owner of DK Business Patron, Deepak Kumar Chaupal, admitting to the scam.
Attempted legal action by DK Business Patron
After the videos were posted, lawyers acting on behalf of DK Business Patron attempted to force YouTube India to reveal personal details of Jim, Karl, Midnight and HowToDelete.
They also claimed copyright of Jim’s telephone conversation with Deepak Kumar Chaupal by filing a false copyright claim with SoundCloud.

DK Business Patron also used (646) 480-0230, which is a Bandwidth number operated via Skype. They are still hiring B2B Sales Executives to this very day.
MAJOR UPDATE: According to IndiaFilings and the Company Check, Deepak Kumar Chuphal and Pooja Chufal now also serve as directors for Ommigo Vehicle Private Limited since December 21, 2023. According to their website, they claim to operate out of B-59/3, Block B, Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, Naraina, New Delhi, Delhi, 110028, India.
That isn’t the only fake address and fake operating name
They also had been running this website with the (888) 598-7976 number, but they too were stricken with awful bad luck, getting shut down with thousands of calls, as hundreds every day all do.
They were noticed early in the new year and stayed active on and off for a couple of weeks, but haven’t been active on that number since around January 23-24

Their website spiel is crap, Their anti malware flagship software Win Anti-Malware has no reviews and seems to be fictitious.
From what we could gather they were running antivirus sales/refund scams, antivirus and email tech support as well as traditional PC/printer tech support scams
